BASIC ROBOTICS WORKSHOP, 6TH OCTOBER 2018

The Mechanical Department of Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Verna Goa had organised a workshop on Basic Robotics through COSME (official mechanical students organisation in PCCE). Team BHP and Team Pheonix, robowar teams of PCCE, were assigned to conduct the workshop. The workshop was organised specially for the students who are in first and second year of engineering to boost their participation in upcoming technical event of our college TECHYON. The workshop commenced at 10.00 am with two sessions, one handled by team Pheonix and one by team Bhp. Students across all colleges from every department showed their wonderful interest towards the workshop and thus we had 96 students who participated in this workshop. The basic concepts and construction of Line follower, Robowars, Robosumo, Robo soccer, Roborace and catapult was touched upon so as to promote student’s interest.
