PCCE WON THE DOORDARSHAN QUIZ 2018

Daryll Elrich Fernandes and Mirel Agy Fernandes, students of the final year of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering department, represented PCCE at the annual Doordharshan Quiz 2018.The first partof the quiz was held in August and had three rounds. The first round had questions related to Goa , second round was visual round, where PCCE obtained a major lead over other colleges. The third round was based on questions related to India. The PCCE teams were qualified for the finals.

The finals were held on 4th September. PCCE was competing with DMC and Salgaonkar College. PCCE team outperformed the other colleges and was declared winners. The host of the event, Mr.Nagesh Sardessai, declared that in spite of being newbies, PCCE team put up a spectacular performance. The quiz was telecast on Doordarshaan on 14th September at 5pm.
