Workshop on Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behaviour Development by Shaheed Islam

Shaheed Islam, CEO and co-founder of SJ Innovation was invited as the resource person to conduct a session on Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behaviour Development on 4^th March 2022. Shaheed described his entrepreneurial journey and the challenges encountered by him. He was of the opinion that the key characteristics of an entrepreneur include innovation, ability to handle failure, ability to provide solutions to problems, ability to dream, find a mentor and people management skills.

The event was attended by 40 students and 7 faculty members. Students and faculty asked a number of questions related to entrepreneurship, startups, methods to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship at the university level.
