VIRTUAL INSTRUMENTATION & ROBOTICS

Professor Ajit Salunke, Head of Department of Mechanical Engineering at Don Bosco College of Engineeering, Fatorda delivered a talk on Virtual Instrumentation & Robotics on 16th March, 2017. The presentation covered topics relating to various types of automation ranging from device automation to plant automation using SCADA. In depth knowledge was imparted regarding the types of sensors used in various applications along with DAQ systems & use of OP-AMP circuits & filtering of signals. Practical examples were illustrated with the help of various innovative case studies. The talk was attended by the final year and third year Mechanical Engineering students. Dr. Jagannath Hirkude and Prof. Saeesh Verenkar Coordinated the talk.
