Publishing a Research Paper based on Final Year Project

The Department of Information Technology in association with National Digital Library of India (NDLI) club of PCCE conducted a session for BE-IT students on the topic “Publishing a Research Paper based on Final Year Project” on 7^th June 2022. The coordinator for the event Ms. Sonia Fernandes, Assistant Professor, Dept. of IT welcomed the participants as well as the Resource faculty Dr. Terence Johnson, Associate Professor, Head, Dept. of IT.  

The aim of the session was to motivate the students to write a research paper based on their final year project. Dr. Terence Johnson highlighted the importance of writing a research paper as an undergraduate student. He also discussed various types of research papers, the legitimate journals for publishing, the paper writing process and the submission process. The session was informative for the students
