TE ECOMP visits Creative Capsule
The Third year Electronics and Computer Engineering students had the opportunity to visit Creative Capsule, a software solution company, on 25th March 2025. The study visit aimed to expose students to the workings of an IT firm, career growth strategies, and industry expectations. The students were accompanied by Professor Raksha Singbal and Professor Anuja Naik.
The visit began with an introductory session by Mrs. Shradha Volvoikar, a PCCE alumni,a Software Developer at Creative Capsule. She provided students with an overview of the company, including its core operations, business strategies, and work culture. Her session helped students to understand the structure of the IT industry and how companies contribute to software development and digital solutions.
Following this, Mr.Salvino D’sa, a Tech Lead at Creative Capsule, delivered an insightful talk on Career Growth Opportunities. He discussed the different career paths available in the IT industry, skills required to excel, and how students can shape their careers based on their interests and strengths. His session highlighted the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and technical expertise to stay competitive in the evolving tech landscape.
Mr. Ivo Costa, Director of Development Services, who engaged with students in an interactive Q&A session. He addressed various queries regarding career progression, industry trends, and expectations from fresh graduates. His session helped students clarify their doubts and gain a deeper understanding of real-world challenges and opportunities in the field of software development.
The study visit was highly beneficial for the students, providing them with practical insights into the industry in understanding the corporate environment, career planning and growth, and Industry expectations. It was an enriching experience, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. The insights provided by the speakers motivated students to prepare themselves for the professional world with a strong technical foundation and a proactive learning attitude.
