National Level Tech Fest, Techyon 2022

Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Verna – Goa in association with Visteon successfully organised it’s second National Level Tech Fest, Techyon 2022.
The event was a roaring success that saw the participation of over 100 reputed engineering colleges across the country. The tech fest provided students with a platform to exhibit their diverse skills, compete and learn through the various competitions held during the three days of the event. Techyon is known for bringing together Industrial expertise and academia on a common platform.
The chief guest of the inaugural function was Mr. Jainulla Abuddin, Software Product Manager, Visteon Corporation.Mr Deepak Chodankar ,Director, WisdomLab Synergies Ltd .
The inaugural was also attended by the Director of PCCE Rev Fr Agnelo Gomes, Asst Director Rev Fr Isaac Fernandes, Principal Dr Mahesh Parrapagoudar, Registrar Dr Stephen Baretto, head of departments ,industry representatives , alumni, staff and students of PCCE.
Techyon2k22 comprised of an ensemble of 30 events such as Hacktech,Datahack,Code Crunch, Tech Masters, Codeathon and Robowars to name a few, each showcasing creativity at its best, signifying how to take innovation and technology to the next level. The association of companies Oneshield Software,Creative Capsule Infotech, SJ Innovation, Maxexcel, Imagine Works,Scada , Edot solutions,Spintly and others helped elevate Techyon2022 through prize sponsorships and internship opportunities to students. Many events were conceptualized, planned and executed by the event associates setting new benchmarks for technical contests.
An array of workshops were conducted that enabled students to connect with resource persons from the industry and enrich their knowledge base. These training sessions garnered huge response in terms of participation and were well appreciated by all the attendees.
The events were coordinated by Mrs Shona Afonso,Mr. Gaurak Phaldessai, Mr Ameya Wadekar,  Mr. Sanjeet Kanekar , and Mrs Komal Paroolkar.
