The installation ceremony of The EXACTAS and R.A.C.E Club for the academic year 2023-24 took place on 25th August 2023 at CCL LAB, PCCE. The event was marked by the presence of Mrs. Lohita Rajesh, Test Manager/Consultant at Vitriolic Machine Vision, Freelance Wiesbaden, Herrera, Germany, who graced the occasion as the chief guest and speaker.

The ceremony commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the esteemed chief guest and faculty members, symbolizing the illuminating path of knowledge and progress. The event gained momentum as the cover of the club’s newly launched magazine, ‘SYNERGY 23’, was unveiled, showcasing the collective efforts and achievements of the ECOMP Department.

The program progressed to a significant phase where the outgoing council members bid farewell, acknowledging their contributions and experiences. Subsequently, the introduction of the new council members took place, each member being introduced amidst applause and enthusiasm. The new council members then took an oath, pledging their commitment and dedication to the club’s objectives and responsibilities.

A highlight of the event was an engaging session delivered by the chief guest, Mrs. Lohita Rajesh. Her presentation, titled “Blueprint to Breakthrough: Building a Remarkable Engineering Career,” captivated the audience’s attention as she shared valuable insights and advice. Her words of wisdom served as an inspiration for the students, guiding them towards a well-structured path for their future careers in the engineering field.

The ceremony concluded on a note of appreciation, as a token of gratitude was presented to the chief guest by the organizers. A commemorative photograph capturing the momentous occasion was taken, featuring the chief guest, faculty members, and the newly elected council members.
