PCCE TECHYON 2021 INAUGURATION

The Association of Computer Engineers (ACE) organized a workshop on the 2^nd of August 2024. The event was compered by Mr. Eknath Divkar, a second-year computer engineering student. It commenced with the welcoming of the distinguished speaker, Ms. Purvi Keny.

The session began with a general introduction to various testing strategies, which are vital for understanding the practical application of Selenium in the real world. Ms. Keny then interacted with the audience, sharing valuable insights and information about Selenium, including its advantages, disadvantages, and its initial release date. Students were also informed about Selenium’s role as a powerful tool for automating web browsers.

The event wasn’t just a regular talk; Ms. Keny included a live practical demonstration of Selenium in action, where an audience member had the opportunity to automate interacting a website.

To conclude the event, Mr. Leander Faleiro, a third-year computer engineering student, expressed sincere gratitude to the speaker for her rich insights, informative content, and the time she dedicated to the session.
