Field Trip T.E Computer at Teknorix

The field trip began with a brief tour of one of Teknorix’s workspaces, offering students a glimpse into the corporate environment. Following the tour, the students were directed to the cafeteria, where they had the opportunity to engage in various recreational activities. They also viewed an introductory video to learn more about the company.

Afterward, Mr. Shesham Bidaye, the Head of Operations, provided an overview of Teknorix and its diverse range of projects. He explained the company’s work on various platforms, including Ad Hoc Reporting Platforms, SaaS Recruitment Platforms, and Yacht-based Navigation systems. Mr. Bidaye also highlighted their agile development approach, emphasizing the importance of treating clients as partners.

Next, Mr. Jaynold Barreto discussed the different technology stacks essential for a career in software engineering, including ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JS, and Typescript.

To conclude, Mr. Dattaray Patil spoke to the students about the numerous career paths available after graduation. He encouraged them to follow their passions, explore non-technical roles, and focus on developing soft skills. He also stressed the value of participating in hackathons and meetups to better understand the industry culture.

The session ended with refreshments, followed by feedback from the students. The field trip was attended by 70 students.
