Installation Ceremony of EXACTAS & RACE Club 2025

The Installation Ceremony of the Exactas and Race Club was held on the 23^rd of September in the Auditorium of Padre Conceição College of Engineering (PCCE). The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Kedar Borkar, CEO of Soul Travels, who was invited as the Chief Guest for the occasion.

The ceremony witnessed the august presence of the Principal, the Director, the Head of Department (HOD), and the faculty in-charges of both the Exactas and Race Club. Their support and encouragement added significance to the event.

The program commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Principal, the HOD, the Chief Guest, the faculty in-charges, and the Presidents of both the clubs, symbolizing the start of a new journey and the triumph of knowledge and wisdom.

The program began with a few words inspiring addresses by the Principal followed by HOD, and Chief Guest  motivating students to pursue excellence in academics as well as co-curricular activities. This was followed by of reflection and encouragement by the former Head of Content Creation, who shared valuable experiences with the audience.

A moment of gratitude and recognition was observed when mementos were presented to the outgoing council members of both clubs, acknowledging their dedication and service during their tenure.

The highlight of the ceremony was the oath-taking by the newly elected committees of the Exactas and Race Club. With this, the new councils officially assumed their responsibilities, pledging to carry forward the vision and mission of their respective clubs with integrity and commitment.

The ceremony concluded on a note of optimism, with the audience inspired by the words of the dignitaries and the enthusiasm of the new council members. It was a memorable occasion that marked the beginning of a new chapter for both the Exactas and Race Club.
