Logic Loote

The PCCE ACM Student Chapter hosted an exhilarating intercollege competition, “Logic Loote,” aspart of the prestigious Techyon 2023 technical festival on November 9, 2023. The event saw
participation from three esteemed institutions: GEC, AITD, and PCCE, with a total of 8 teams, eachc omprising 2 students.
The event was successfully coordinated by Ms. Louella Mesquita Colaco and Ms. Meghana Pai Kane along with student coordinators Sasha Madkaikar ,Jayesh Tupkar and Dion Moraes
The competition unfolded in two gripping rounds, showcasing the participants’ problem-solving and coding prowess.
Round 1: Debugging and Logic Round (45 minutes) :
Teams engaged in a high-stakes battle where the Logic Master demonstrated their prowess in solving intricate logic puzzles, while the Debugging Player undertook the challenging task of fixing provided
code to achieve the desired output. The first round was a test of speed and accuracy, with the fastest 5 teams advancing to the final round.
Final Round: Complex Code Challenge (1 hour 30 minutes) :
The top 5 teams faced a nerve-wracking single complex code challenge, comprising multiple stages. Armed with clues obtained from the initial round, teams collaborated to decipher and progress
through the intricate code. The challenges encompassed various programming concepts, requiring teams to utilize their skills and gathered clues strategically.
The triumphant teams showcased exceptional skills, securing their positions in the competitive event. Quakers from AITD secured the first place followed by OS Interns from GEC in 2nd and finally
ChatGPT 0.1 from PCCE grabbing the 3rd place. Logic Loote at Techyon 2023 proved to be a riveting showcase of intellect, teamwork, and coding expertise. The participants displayed exceptional skills, making the event a resounding success.
