PCCE Training and Placement Cell organizes various training and career guidance programmes throughout the year for all the students starting from first year.

Technical training sessions in core subjects as well as latest technologies are regularly conducted. The trainers are either our in-house faculty or experts from industry. Internships, project work and all extra-curricular activities conducted at P.C.C.E. aim at creating ‘complete’ engineers.

Pre-final year and final-year students are prepared for campus recruitment drives with comprehensive training for Aptitude, Interview facing skills, Soft-skills, Resume writing, Group discussions, Communication skills etc. We collaborate with professional training organizations like TIME, FACE, Maxxcell etc. to train our students.

Students are given exposure to various career opportunities and study options that are available in India and abroad. Awareness about competitive exams like GATE, GRE, TOEFL etc. is created early though guest lectures and mentoring. We also organize Public Sector Exam training for students.

The performance of students is regularly monitored and the TPC team evaluates their progress
